Top Hat Marquees are a marquees hire company based in Chesham, Bucks. They aproached Web-in-Mind to design and develop a website which primarily showed off the uniqueness of their marquees, with features such as dome marquees and suspended hardwood flooring.

The site needed a classic design which also had to be stylish in order to appeal to couples getting married and corporations or organisations holding events.

Ladies Circle is the premiere club for women aged 18 - 45 to make friends, have fun and support their community. With so many aspects to the club, they wanted a web site that focused on their benefits and dispelled many myths.

We achieved this, developing a friendly and welcoming site for new members. We also developed a closed site for internal news, events, finances and membership details so that the club can be run efficiently. Lastly we delivered many mini sites with accessible content management systems (cms) to serve the individual clubs and their members.

Technitrain is a new company with the aim of getting the best people in the technology industry to pass on their knowledge to others. Web-in-Mind was breifed to design a sophisticated looking website that would appeal to the more technically minded user.

Because the website would be ever changing as new courses and trainers were added, a content management system was essential, allowing the owners to update the site themselves. We also integrated an afflilates referral system, allowing other website owners to get a fee for advertising Technitrain on their sites.

Utterly Delicious Cakes is a bakery based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, specialising in layer cakes. They wanted a website which reflected their philosophy of baking cakes that are freshly made, never frozen and made by hand using the finest quality ingredients. The challenge was to display images of the delicious cakes while creating a site which looked stylish and could be navigated easily.

For new author Lynne Tapper, we integrated imagery from her series of books to provide an entrance into the magical world of "It is What it is Chronicles". We developed a bespoke web site with easy navigation, links for social networking, strong search engine optimisation (SEO), embedded video and a news page for regular updates. During the development we consulted with Lynne, helping her through many internet and branding related issues. The site has room for growth as new books are published.

This clean, clear and easily navigable web site answered the design brief to focus on weight loss and the healthy lifestyle that Bridget's Bootcamp promotes. We developed the branding and worked with Bridget to improve search engine optimisation (SEO). We built in a registration form and developed the contact us email to avoid spam. We were able to offer a quick turnaround in order for Bridget to catch January's New Year Resolutions.

The client, who offers a diverse range of services, had tried other web development agencies unsuccessfully before. We were able to simplify the site by identifying that senior managers and not students or teachers were the key target market. This bespoke design for Little Chalfont Farmers' Market near Amersham, Bucks integrates a rustic feel to highlight the values of the market with design features and branding from the umbrella organisation: Thames Valley Farmers' Market Co-operative. The web site is user friendly and is developed to be easily updated for each market and is further enhanced with accessible relevant links and an embedded Google map, which all helps with its search engine optimisation (SEO).

Springers Dog Club wanted to redesign their web site, to reflect their friendly approach, attract new members and update their current clientele with news and events. Keeping the site fresh will help them with their Google rankings (SEO). We designed and developed a modern site that is more welcoming and easier to navigate than their previous one. This has been well received by the club members. We look forward to developing this site further.

Abbey Aquatics wanted a web presence to support their marketing activity but had limited budget. We developed this smart new web site to reflect their business profile and help them promote their service to a wider audience from their base in St Albans, Herts. Their facebook social networking along with Yell advertising deliver new people to the site. We are helping them to keep the site fresh, which will further help their Google ranking (SEO).

The Amersham Summer Festival was run by and aimed at young people from South Bucks as part of a community building programme. To support the organisers we designed and developed a web site based on the existing branding, which maximised its impact. We created a registration page to allocate tickets and, more importantly, to generate a mailing list for next year's events. The Festival was a great success with over 3000 attendees.

We worked with Round Table to relaunch their national web site. They had already developed the look of their site, our brief was to write and design the content within these existing templates, redefining their tone of voice to appeal more strongly to their target group, men in their twenties to forties and to optimise the content for search engines (SEO).

We were commissioned by Big Stick Creative Consultancy of Tring, Herts to produce an interactive Google map for Essex County Council's recently developed Get Energised in Essex web site. The interactive map pinpoints events throughout the county. We used Google Maps API (application programming interface) and developed a database to work with it. We also developed a CMS (content management system) to allow the Council to insert new entries. Keeping the site fresh and relevant not only helps their customers, it helps their search engine optimisation (SEO).

The Thirty Days of Fashion Campaign went live on 1st September 2009. We had developed the "About Me" page and the eBay auction entries with Good Cause Auctions. National Magazines, that runs this event, report that the campaign raised £11,756 for Breast Cancer Care.

In 2009, we worked with Good Cause Auctions and Fabulous Magazine, the magazine of News of the World to set up the "About Me" page and the individual auction pages for the Heels that Heal campaign on eBay. Heels that Heal report that over £28,000 was raised for Wellbeing of Women.
